Your privacy, in plain English
What we collect
Name, phone, email, project address, project type, budget range, and any messages you send us through our quote modal, contact forms, or chat. Aside from any photos you choose to upload to our AI Visualizer, we do not collect anything you do not type into a form.
Why we collect it
To respond to quote requests, schedule site visits, deliver your renovation, and contact you about your project. That's it.
Who sees it
Dream Touch Renovations staff and the trades assigned to your specific project. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with marketing partners. We may use secure email, cloud storage, and analytics services to manage project communication and improve the site experience.
How long we keep it
For the duration of your project plus the 1-year workmanship warranty period, plus any retention required under Ontario law (typically 7 years for tax records). After that we delete or anonymize.
Photos you upload
If you upload a room photo to our AI Visualizer, we use it only to generate your renovation preview and to follow up on your request. Uploaded photos are not sold or shared, and are deleted within 30 days.
Chat records
Messages you send through the automated assistant are delivered to our office by email so a team member can reply, and are kept with your project correspondence. We do not share them with marketing partners.
Your rights
You may request a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email office@dreamtouchrenovations.com or call 613-862-4555.
Cookies + analytics
This site uses privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand overall visitor traffic and improve the experience — it does not identify you individually, and we do not run cross-site tracking ads or sell analytics data.
Children
This site is intended for adults; we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We post the latest version here with the date at the top. Substantive changes get an email if you're an active client. Last updated July 12, 2026.
