Already a Dream Touch client? Your project manager emails you a personal, secure portal link when your contract is signed — there is no password to set up here. Can't find your link, or not sure your project is set up yet? Reach us and we'll send it over.
Portal access is managed by the Dream Touch project team and provided securely to active clients via email and login instructions.
What you can do here
- Schedule: see this week's site days and which trades are scheduled.
- Selections: approve material and finish picks before they're ordered.
- Change orders: review proposed scope changes and see the cost impact before they go live.
- Invoices: download paid and outstanding invoices in PDF.
- Messages: reach your project manager directly.
Active Ottawa-area Dream Touch clients with a signed contract. Coverage spans Kanata, Orleans, Nepean, Barrhaven, Stittsville, and the urban core (Glebe, Westboro, Centretown, Manotick). The portal stays open through the warranty period, one full year after substantial completion.
