Is the design free?
The site visit and the initial scope sheet are free. Detailed BCIN-stamped drawings are line-itemed in the quote and credited toward construction if you sign.
What if I want a second opinion?
Get one. Bring our quote to another contractor and compare line items. Most contractors don't itemize. We'd rather you sign with confidence.
Do I need a permit?
Most Ottawa renovations bigger than cosmetic do. We tell you on the site visit and pull the permit through MyServiceOttawa as part of the contract.
Do you charge for the site visit?
